Payments Refund and Cancellation Policy

PAYMENTS:

For all the services contracted, a certain advance payment (Vary from package to package) should be made to hold the booking, on a confirmed basis & the balance amount can be paid upon arrival at the destination, but definitely before the commencement of the services. Management personnel holds the right to decide upon the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of the service & the time left for the commencement of the service.

Apart from the above in some cases like Special Train Journeys, hotels, or resort bookings during the peak season (X-Mas, New Year), full payment is required to be sent in advance.

Process, Terms & Conditions

  • Necessary to send the color Scan copy of the Passport of pilgrimage with the name list 40 days before departure for permits processing.
  • We need 6 Month valid ordinary Passport but Diplomat passports are not acceptable.
  • All the pilgrims should deposit Rs 20,000 or USD $ 300 per person as advance before processing. ($200 non-refundable)
  • All the pilgrims should have to complete a deposit of Rs 120,000 or USD $ 1340 per person as before one month of traveling for permits and visas.
  • Indian Pilgrims have to send their Original Passport to our office by courier 25 days before the departure date for the China visa process.
  • We will collect the original passport of the NRI/Other Citizen once they arrive in Kathmandu.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

  • After processing the Kailas Permit $500 will be charged as cancellation.
  • 5 days before of departure date, USD $750 will be charged as cancellation.
  • Same days before the departure date, 80 % will be charged as cancellation
  • If suddenly the program has changed Due to weather problems, natural disasters, landslides, technical problems, and political movements, all additional expenses should be borne by the passengers themselves.

REFUND METHOD

Refunds are sent back to the original payment method used in making the payment. For example, if a credit card was used to make the payment, the refund amount is pushed to the same credit card.

PROCESSING TIME

When you send a Normal refund request to Razorpay, the information is sent to our banking partners. Depending on the bank’s processing time, it can take 5-7 business days for the refunds to reflect in the customer’s bank account or card balance.

The time taken to process a normal refund depends on the payment mode used while making the payment.

SOME CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES ARE OUT OF OUR TENDER:

Refund for hotel payment will follow the hotel’s cancellation policy
Train tickets cancellations will follow the Railway’s policy
Flight tickets cancellations will follow the airlines’ company policy

In case you cancel the trip after commencement, the refund would be restricted to a limited amount only which too would depend on the amount that we would be able to recover from the hoteliers/ contractors we patronize. For unused hotel accommodation, chartered transportation & missed meals, etc. we do not bear any responsibility to a refund.

OUR LIABILITIES & LIMITATIONS:

Please note that after the finalization of the Tour/ service Cost, if there are any Hikes in entrance fees of monuments/museums, Taxes, fuel costs, or guide charges – by Govt of India/China, the same would be charged as extra.

LAW & JUSDICTION

All complaints, suits, claims, or disputes of whatsoever nature relating to any products offered by The Borisagar Sons Private Limited, will be under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Ahmedabad.
